Feeling or Being happy

Hello,teachers.

I have noticed a definition of entry "pleasure" on Oxford Dictionary is "a state of feeling or being happy or satisfied".But I have no ideas about the difference of "feeling happy" and "being happy"

Any advices on this ? thank you.
