Feeling light

I'm feeling light. I think I forgot something.

Is the sentence grammatically correct and natural?

Thanks.

It took me a second or two to figure out what you meant, but if I did so correctly, you're fine. That happens to me all the time when I've just gotten back from one of our walking vacations. Where's my camera?

It does not make sense. The first sentence could be:

I'm feeling light-headed.
I'm feeling light-footed.
