Feeling better now

Hello,

Are the expressions below only used when we're sick or can we use it when we feel better after a sadness?

I'm feeling better.
I'm feeling a bit better.
I'm feeling better now.
I'm feeling a bit better now.

Thanks.

You can use any of those sentences, whether you are speaking about your health, or your happiness; but remember that the person you are speaking to won´t necessarily know which condition you are referring to, unless it´s obvious.
