Feel stress or feel stressed

I'm not sure if it is better to say

I feel / have a lot of stress every day

Or

I feel stressed every day

Is there a difference?

Normally you feel the stress of something and you are stressed or feel stressed. I feel the stress of daily life. I've been really stressed lately.
