feel ripped off

Could I get some input as to whether it is correct?
In eastern countries I always feel ripped off. The people there tend to rip Americans off. I feel I've been less ripped off in this Bulgaria than in Greece.

BTW, you should say "...whether this is correct".

Also, Greece is not an Eastern European country.
