- When I feel lonely / feel alone I usually sit down alone and think about things that have passed.
- Is this sentence grammatical?

It is grammatical, but a few other things require comment.
1. things that have happened is what you need at the end.
2. sit down and think, not sit down alone and think. The use of alone here is repetitious. You've already used lonely / alone earlier.
