Feel like it took forever

Is it natural to say "felt like it took forever " and "felt like it took so fast"?
It felt like it took forever to get from 7:01 to 7:02 but felt like it took so fast to get to 7:03. I looked up and back at my watch and it was ready 7:03.

Thank you
