'' In this lovely sunny day, I feel like hanging out with my boys* and blathering** too. Two weeks from now/Two weeks hence, I’ll have to have a very productive time as it is! ''
*I wonder how we —men— actually call our close friends other than just 'friends'! So this is why I wrote 'boys' above. Do you think it is natural or likely to happen amongst a certain group of people? If not, what are the other ways of addressing friends in informal contexts?
**I wanted to say 'talking continuously' or 'yapping away'. Which word should I choose?
