Feel difference between

Is it natural to say? How would you say this please?

Can you feel the difference between before you ate it and now? Don't you feel worse than before you ate?

thank you

Both of them are okay, but I suggest that you change the first one to make it a bit clearer: "Can you feel the difference between before you ate it and after you ate it?" Also, since you use "it' in the first sentence, it would be better to use it in the second one as well: "Don't you feel worse than before you ate it?" You could leave out the word "it," but that would slightly change the meaning.
