Feel and Find it quite ...

Dear EForums.com,
Today , I have 2 problems that Ican't solve them myself, so I really need your help .
1, The following day she felt ____ well to go to work.
a.suffice b.sufficiently
b.sufficiency d. sufficient
which answer is correct ?

I think " feel + adj or noun" , like feel a pain or feel happy so I chose "b" but my teacher said it wasn't correct. !?

2, I find it quite ____ to talk in front of a group of people.
a.embarrassing b.embarrassed
c.embarrassment d. embarrassingly

find it + adj -> answer is a or b .
"-ed " adj(s) express the emotion like bored.
"-ing" adj(s) express the substance like boring.
so -> I find it quite embrassed to ....

But the answer is A. What wrong with my argument ? Can you explain it for me?
Thank you.
