Feel

Hi
Do I write 'feels very bad' or 'feels in a very bad way', or 'will feel very bad'? instead of the underlined?
when one understand that she didn’t heard the truth, she felt in a very bad way, and thinks that she was so stupid, thus she became very angry at the person who lied and this will ruin the relationship.

thanks in advance!

It is better to choice a more descriptive adjective: she felt depressed/disappointed/cheated . However the rest of your sentence is again a mess of verb tenses.
