Feedback please for my motivational letter

Dear All,

I would like to express my wish to apply for the Sales and Marketing Masters, starting in October 2014. I am handed a Mass Communication Bachelor degree from Misr International University “MIU”, and entitled Marketing Executive at B Plus for Training and Recruitment.

Although my educational background is media, yet, my interest and passion in Marketing evolved since I was a student due to some subjects that allowed me to get exposed to the marketing. Definitely the great knowledge transfer from our professors was a great support as well, which motivated me to dig into marketing career. This passion has been directed properly and efficiently during my working experience which formed the basis of my perseverance towards achieving an in-depth knowledge in the areas of Marketing and Sales.

Throughout my two-year-experience in addition to some self-studies in the areas of marketing and sales, my idea about marketing developed a lot and did understand that marketing and sales are “two sides of the same coin”. This concept is actually the main motive for me to study Marketing and Sales Masters at EAE Business School.

By reviewing the curriculum of the Sales and Marketing Masters of EAE I found it perfectly matching my fields of interest, and what I am eager to learn. As it covers all the areas I was looking for in a postgraduate academic degree. Actually the reason behind applying for the Masters is the focus and the bond between sales and marketing and obviously the practical side edge.

Mostly any other degree I found is either, purely marketing masters, purely sales masters, or MBA. On the other hand, the EAE Masters covers the digital marketing among the curriculum which is penetrating in the whole world, and invaded Egypt as well during the past couple of years.

Finally I would like to highlight that by October 2014, I will be adding a third year to my experience. I believe with those three years of experience I will be even more skillful and able to interact properly with the cross functional and cultural knowledge concepts. Such experience through cross-functional learning methodology is deeply needed, as it gets all of us exposed to a diversity of markets and evidently cultures. Also, I have already experienced a similar experience at the United Kingdom, for a TV Workshop during university in summer 2009.

Sincerely,

Nermine Helmy
