Feedback or response?

it’s probably that you send a hundred copies of your resumes, but you won’t get any response/feedback.

It’s probable that you could send out a hundred copies of your resumes, but you won’t get any response.

I'd say:

'You could send off your resume to a hundred employers and not get a single response.'
