Feedback on Letter writing

A friend has agreed to look after your house and pet while you are on holiday. Write a letter to your friend. In your letter1- give contact details for when you are away2- give instructions about how to care for your pet3- describe other household dutiesYou do NOT need to write any addresses Hi John .I forgot to tell you on our last meeting that I have been given a task by the employer . In order to accomplish that task I have to be out of town for  a week. It will be great favour to me if you can handle some of very important tasks of my home. Do not be panic , I will give you my hotel fax number upon reaching hotel and my personally number you already hold it.John, you will need to care my pet “jenny” who is cat, very soft n cute. Please give her a fresh food from the box , I am keeping in the front drawer of cabinet.. Pleas every evening or morning take her our for the waste. Secondly, pleas do watery tiny plants in my balcony. The water supply remain active for 24 x 7 . So you will not need for it.John , if you can manage little time kindly bring some grocery stuff which I attached with this letter. Actually I don t prefer outside and it is good to have your own cook food.This is all John , Hope you will give me surprise soon.I will be under great favor of youThank youFaithfullyAgastha

Feedback on letter writing I have tried not to change your letter too much, but a few sentences didn't make sense. Please look at the key below to see how I have correct the letter.

Hi John .?Best to use a comma here. Periods are used more in business letters.

Faithfully = TOO FORMAL FOR A FRIEND

Advice and comments.

Try to avoid starting sentences with please and don't use please too many times = repetitive.

Avoid using the word task too many times.

For an informal letter don't use Yours faithfully or sincerely.

Try to use for connecting words like also, and, or to make your writing more fluid and smoother.

Avoid using texting language e,g "n" and 24x7

On the whole your letter was quite good and has some nice vocabulary and ideas. You answered all the questions. Check your word count is OK
