Feedback on letter of motivation for a masters application

I just finished writing my letter of motivation for my masters application. It would be great if you guys could give me some feedback:

Dear Sir or Madam

I am applying for the Software Engineering master program at XXXXXXXXXXX. I am very interested in this program due to my earlier studies and future career plans.

I am currently finishing my bachelor degree in Software Engineering and Management at XXXXXXXXXX. During my three years of study, I have developed not only technical skills but also skills related to the management of software development teams. While doing my bachelor, I had the chance to participate in different software projects and assumed different roles such as programmer, quality manger and project manager. I was the project manager of our entire class during the fourth term in an embedded systems development project. This makes me a good candidate for Software Engineering studies at the masters level.

The opportunity for me to meet people from the industry has increased my interest in how teams work together to solve complex software problems from both a technical and managerial perspective. All this has encouraged me to pursue my studies further. By being admitted to XXXXXXXXXX my goal is to deepen my knowledge in the domain of Software Engineering and gain more insight into how software projects are managed and carried out.

After completing my masters degree I intend to apply for a job at a software company. I would like to be part of the software industry and offer my knowledge to develop better software systems in different fields that the society can benefit from. I am particularly interested in working as a project manager and apply my understanding of software engineering to develop software within budget and deliver it on time. In the future I would also like to find a PhD position if possible in order to contribute to research and academia.
