I am giving a feed back to my deputy. Grateful for correction. Thank you.
I am closely working with Mick. He did excellent work on the old computerised accounting system. I came to know from my other colleague that he is approachable and tries to resolve the computer problem himself first before reporting to Helpdesk.
I had a word with Regional IT Manager about his future development, who will arrange a short-term development work within the Regional IT Helpdesk.
He is a quick learner but has less time to work on the IT field as he is more busy with other non-technical jobs. If he allocates at least 30 minutes daily for IT work/refresh, it would be huge advantage to his IT development.
