Feedback and Actions

Hi guys,

I would like to express a tight connections between two steps in a reporting system process. I want to emphasize the importance of the actions after receiving feedback from senior managment level.

My sentences was ' Without actions, feedback does not have much value. Without feedback, actions have no clear directive'.

I am not sure if people can understand it because it was totally from my forein langurage brain.

Please someone help me make it authentic and native or even with a little bit humor.

Cheers,

Kun
