Maybe an artificial, vulgar composition of *****-frigging-phobia, where fecophobia means the fear of ***** (human waste) and frigging is a rude insertion.

EDIT: Well, not even latin words related to human waste are allowed in this forum. That does not really help explaining, I guess. I just cannot imagine that the above terminus might be a repeated problem here...
