Hi how should I understand "features" in this context? It talks about the Canadian constitution
"The basic division of power is contained in sections 91 and 92 of that Act, with other features, the more significant of which relating to education, old age pensions and agriculture and immigration being contained in sections 93, 94A and 95 respectively. As such, power is divided between the federal and provincial governments."
Top answer
I think that 'features' just means 'points' there.
