Thank you teechr. Also, I would like to reconfirm with the "detective" word. The "d" should be uppercase or lowercase?

Lowercase. You would only need to use uppercase if you were giving the name of a police officer whose rank was Detective.
After a brief chase, Detective Smith and Officer Jones arrested the suspect.

OK noted. For this sentence, can you please indicate where is the comma should take place? To me, I will say ….most long-lived characters by Agatha Christie, the Queen of Crime, which... (Is this correct)?

The British series features one of the most long-lived characters by Agatha Christie the Queen of Crime, which features the brilliantly ornate Belgian detective Hercule Poirot.

I would put a comma after Christie.
The whole sentence doesn't work as it is now. You could write The British series features one of the most long-lived characters by Agatha Christie, the Queen of Crime: the brilliantly ornate Belgian detective Hercule Poirot.
