Feathered poison

Any ideas what would be the meaning?

This is the feathered poison I brought from Ch'angan.
I heard that you can't tell if a medicine is poisoned or not with this in it.
If a person takes that medicine, his body will slowly be paralyzed until death.

Thanks in advance Emotion: smile
