FCE Writing part 2 - any opinions?

Here is the task:

You have seen the following announcement on a school noticeboard. "Do you have a favourite spot where you like to chill out? Maybe you read there or listen to music. We are looking for articles with the title 'My favourite spot' to include in the school magazine. Send us your article and you might win a prize!

And here is my answer:

My favourite spot

It may not come as a surprise, but the best place where I can chill out and slow down is my bedroom, as a lot of youngsters like me.

I have an enormous house, so I can totally cut away from others just by staying in my room, without then having to go out. There I have everything I might need to relax, from food to movies, even though I sometimes just lie on the bed looking the garden through the window.

I usually like to read there as well: I spend school breaks consistently reading comics, books and magazines sitting on my chair. In spite of this, I don’t like listening to music in my bedroom, because I soon start to feel bored; I prefer putting on my headphones while on the bus or in the car.

I spend there most of my time, and still as soon as I walk into my bedroom I feel astonished. How could you put every single thing you could need to recover from tireness in just twenty or thirty square metres? I don’t know either, but I know I’ve already done it.

What do you think about it? I am doing FCE exam on the 6th of June a.k.a. in two days'time, and I am aiming to B2 grade A. is this article good enough, in your opinion?
