Favour

Dear all,

I would like to know which of the following sentences are correct.

1.Would you do me a favour take this.

2.Would you do me a favour and take this.

2.Can you help me find out my shirt

4.Can you help me to find out my shirt.

I personally feel that the 2nd and 4th sentences are correct as both sentences have connecting words like "and" & 'to'. I request you to correct me if I am wrong.
