fault or failure or failing?

but what are their difference in terms of meaning and usage? Please illustrate with examples. Thank you very much.

failing could be a noun on google check-up

how can it be a noun?

I often only hear 'failing kidney, failing car, failing hardware....

"failing" when used as a noun means a weakness or fault in somebody, for example "Greed is one of human failings."
In the phrases "Failing kidneys, a failing car," etc, "failing" is used as a verb, meaning "becoming weak."
