Fault

I was at a restaurant eating a meal when I had a call from a friend ordering me to go to meet them at a cafe immediately. I left without finishing my meal. Would it be incorrect to turn around and say "It's your fault I left my meal?"

Thank you

Thanks. rtchI know friends don't normally do that. I obeyed because I'm a friend. Would it be incorrect to turn around and say "It's your fault I left my meal?"

You could say that.
But you made the choice to obey, so why complain later?
