Fatigue

When you suddenly feel extremely tired, is it natural to say: ''I was just hit by (a wave of) fatigue.'' ?

or

''I got fatigued.''?

or

''I got hit by fatigue.''?

I found these on the Internet, but I have learned so far that many websites can be the bane of grammar.

Thank you!

You said 'say'; in that case, no. When we suddenly feel extremely tired, we say:

I'm bushed.

I'm exhausted.

I'm dead tired.

I'm worn out.
