Where did you hear or read this? It seems very unlikely to me.

It popped out in an old forum discussion. In fact, I can't verify that whoever said that was a native speaker of English, but he otherwise sounded pretty literate.
A Google search for "in fatboys" yields a couple of restaurants, but they all don't seem so widely known as to give rise to an idiom.

I've never heard it meaning anything other than a fat boy.
