Fast/quick

Hi,
Can I say "You're very quick, aren't you?" if 'quick' means 'to move fast' here?

Is there any difference in meaning between quick and fast in the following sentence if the answer is "yes"?
"You're very fast/quick, aren't you?"

Thanks.
