Fastest/Longest to write sceenplay that has sold?

Hi,
Does anyone know which is the fastest written screenplay that has sold?

I believe Sylvester Stallone said he wrote the original Rocky script in a week? Anyone know of any others that have been written in record time and sold?
On the other hand, does anyone know any screenplays that the writers have admitted have taken years to write and then have been sold?

I wrote a screenplay in two days that some producers are now trying to financing for in the far east. Of course, it hasn't sold yet, but if it does,
