Fast food or home-cooked

Nowadays in many parts of the world people are leaning increasingly on prepared food from grocery stores or restaurants, because they are too busy to cook at home. This is bad for us eating out, because home-cooked food is much better. One part of people prefer cooking at home, and the other part prefer eating out. So, there are many reasons of above listed. 65

We mentioned that half people choose to cook at home. First of all, cooking at home is better for us, because home-cooked is healthy and without any GMO. At home we use fresh vegetables from our gardens, or buy pure ingredients. It should be say, that, at home we cook from soul, the whole heart. And when we cook ourselves we do it better and everything should be tidy and clean. 137

To tell about minus, eating can be so expensive. And not every person can afford themselves. You can not know how does it cooked. Some people during midday go to fast food restaurant. But there are food is very harmful and fatty. It should be noted in some restaurants people smoke what damages of our health.

Majority of people don`t go to any restaurants or fast food, and because eating outside everyday is so expensive.

Thus, I would prefer cooking and eating at home, but in special days we afford ourselves going to restaurants.
