Behnam A'' A is farther from B than C''
The sentence is ambiguous -- it might mean "A is farther from B than from C," or "A is farther from B than C is." If clarity is important, it should be reworded according to the intended meaning.

The sentence is inherently ambiguous. There is no way to know which interpretation is correct.

To disambiguate:

1 A is farther from B than C is.
2 A is farther from B than from C.

1 The distance from A to B is greater than the distance from C to B.
2 The distance from A to B is greater than the distance from A to C.

Behnam AA is farther from B than it is from C
Correct. It has the same meaning as the shorter version A is farther from B than from C.

I would presume the former, but the sentence as cast is intrinsically ambiguous, and should be extended in good writing.

A is farther from B than it is from C.
A is farther from B than C is.
