Farewell letter to a beloved colleague, please kindly help to have a look
Dear all,
I am writing to a beloved colleague who has just been promoted and will no longer work with us. This is the first time I have written this type of letter and I am not sure if it is proper. Could you please kindly help to have a look and give me your advice?
Thank you very much and best regards
Dear ....
It has been a great delight to have worked with you and learned from your advices over the past years. While we appreciate that ... will be taking your position, no one could possibly take your place. You will always be a wise and friendly manager in our mind; and we are glad to know that in one way or the other you will still associated with the company
Do let us know if you visit... in the future, so that we can meet up again
Wish you health, good luck and happiness in your new endeavours
Take care
