It is probably the slang (and vulgar) term related to a certain aspect of sexual activity. Not long ago I deleted a post about this vocabulary item because it was clear that the poster wanted no more than to have a little spectacle in life. I hope that poster wasn't you.

It evidently hasn't crossed the Pond yet. I first came across it a couple of years or so ago, but I have seen it numerous times since, and it seems to be generally understood. A recent incident involving hackers gaining access to female celebrities' online accounts, and publishing nude pictures they found there, was widely referred to as "the fappening".
