Even though that is its natural state, she would not be satisfied unless you added fuel to the fire, feeding her ego.

(Actually, "fanning a fire" adds oxygen, rather than fuel, but it makes it burn brighter and "stronger.")

Normally, you only fan a fire when it seems to be in danger of going out.

This does not exactly comport with the idea of a wildfire.

She's bright apparently . She is attractive. but people will soon fine that she is too wild and is not easy to be satisfied.

I find nothing in the quote to indicate that she appears either bright or attractive.
The focus seems to be on her personality.

Perhaps it depends on what you think of when you say, "To look at her, you'd think she had everything."

To me, it suggests confidence. Perhaps to you it suggests looks and intelligence.

To say that a woman is wild and not easily satisfied is quite different from saying that she uses people to feed her ego.

The "not much solid underneath her M/E hair" does seem to suggest that she's not too bright - or has little of substance as a person.
