Thank you Clive.
I wonder if there is any alternative in colloquial language for "I'm hot". In my part of the world, if I say "I'm hot", they would think as if I'm saying "I'm ****".

Is it incorrect to say "I'm sweating"? or any other alternatives?

Also, please have a look at the following sentences :
There is no air in and I'm suffocating.
Fan blows/gives air in hou

Hi,

I wonder if there is any alternative in colloquial language for "I'm hot". In my part of the world, if I say "I'm hot", they would think as if I'm saying "I'm ****". You could say 'It's hot in here'.

You always have to consider the context. eg

It's 90 degrees.

3 guys are sitting in an office.

One says 'I'm hot'.
