Family Title

Hi,
I always not sure how to address my family/ relatives if people don't know their names. Should I call my aunt as"Aunt Mary" when I say," I went to Aunty Mary's house?" Or, should I say," i went to Aunt Mary's house." For my parent, I will just say "my mom and my dad" but sometimes there are more than one aunt and one uncle, and i would need to be more specific.

Also, today the newspaper delivery guy just dropped off the latest weekly paper while I was taking/checking the old one. Should I say, "are those the latest batch?" or "are they this week's newspaper?"
For the delivery guy, they deliver door to door with a cart "pushing" around. Can I say," are those "stacks or piles or copies" of newspaper new?" Am I using the right verb for moving the cart?
