"falling world" or "fallen world"?

Hi, I have a question about which one to use "falling world" or "fallen world". Are there any differences in meaning?

For example, science is after all just as tainted with human egoism as the rest of this fallen world. Can I change it to "falling world"?

Thanks a lot

Thank you.
