Falling intonation in questions

Hi,
If I understand correctly, we have a falling intonation at the end of questions.

For example: What's your name?
3 syllables.

The first two syllables are unstressed and said fast (w?ts j?). Am I right?
The last syllable is stressed but have a falling intonation. Am I right? da-da-DA

I thought that words that have a falling intonation can't be stressed. Any suggestion is appreciated. Thank you.
