Would u help me with meaning of the following sentences:-

1- If I could fall into the sky, do u think time would pass me by.

2- There are clouds in the sky.

3- Next to never.

Consider the possibility that the writer of the lyric was simply stringing images together, without strict regard for meaning.

2. There are clouds in the sky.
Think of this non-metaphorically. If someone said to you, "there are clouds in the sky", what would you think?
