Fall

Another one:
When you fall and die because of that fall, what do you say?(well, what will the others say...)
- she made a fatal fall
- she made a lethal fall
- she made a mortal fall
- or she "did"...?
I need the same pattern as my propositions.

Thank you...

"salto mortale" definitely won't do! it is intended for a meeting of neurologists & psychiatrists... Too flashy!

Thanks for the fatal fall, but what about the verb? she did a fatal fal? she made a fatal fall? Aaarrgghh!!! I'm trying to stick to the original text, you know, very "clinical" writing...

So, what about the verb? (I'm asking EVERYBODY about this, don't worry!)

Is there any possibility of rephrasing it?
I found in the oxford collocations dictionary verbs that go with fall: bring about, cause, contribute to, lead to; trigger, and yes! SUFFER (does that mean that she is not dead?)
You can also say that the fall occurred.
Phrases: trip and fall, stumble and fall

In LTP Dictionary of selected collocations: HAVE fall, soften fall

Are you saying,

"You speak very good French, you are taking lessons?"

I don't know any French. Just guessing.

"BUT... you speak really good French! or do you want some lessons?" (could be a bait...)
