Faithfully or sincerely ?

Hi, I'm writing a letter to the 'Chairman and Members of the Board'. Could someone please tell me if I should use faithfully or sincerely at the end ? Thank you, Sarah

In American English, we use "Sincerely Yours" to end a letter. In British English, I think that "Faithfully" is more common.
