Fail in/at

I failed the examinations. (In or at? if needed)

I fail (at/in) life.

I fail at everything I do. (at/in)(Can it be 'I fail everything I do')

He fails (at/in) his attempt to finish the mission.

I failed to complete the mission.

I failed my master.

May I know the correct answers? Also, are all the non-questions grammatically correct?
