FACTOR or FACTOR IN / QUIET or QUITEN

Could you tell me if both can be said?

1 There are a lot of factors that affect the cost of a wedding.

You have to factor in a lot of different things when calculating the cost of a wedding.

2 The second she quites/quietens, you know she's angry.

Which would you say? Is Judging a adjective?

3 Not to judge/be judging but you are kind of impolite.
