Fact and Actions.

I have read the following distinction between Facts and Actions. It seems to me that the distinction is not clear. Can anyone make a clearl distinction between Facts and Actions?

Thanks.

ACTIONS.

- the Ghost appears& vanishes;

- the Ghost later reappears to lead Hamlet on into the night;

- the King & Polonious hide behind a tapestry to eavesdrop on Hamlet and Ophelia;

FACTS.

- The elder Hamlet and his wife are rulers of Denmark;

- Gertrude gives birth to a son (a son is born), who is named after his father, on the same day that the Gravedigger begins his profession;

- During young Hamlet's childhood he is a favourite with Yorick, the court jester;

- Yorick dies;
