facility

I know that this term usually refers to architectural buildings and is usually used in a sense that the building functions as part of a whole place/area(e.g.a college or hospital).
But could I say that wifi connectivity and hotel bathrooms are "FACILITIES" of a hotel?
I don't know the right term here but I want to indicate the whole package of a hotel's substantial amenities(well, I don't even know right term here to indicate it right, so if I confuse you please let me knwo!:))

Thanks in advance!:)
