face shop

Hello teachers!
I just want to know how do you feel about these words.

1. The face shop
2. Skin food

They are brand names in Korea but abolutely broken english.
How do you feel when you hear those two?
ex) a shop which sells face?.......

Top answer

The Face Shop does not sound so strange. I would imagine that it would sell things for the face such as creams, lotions, and makeup. There is a big chain store called "The Body Shop" and it does not sell bodies!
