face a slow connection problem

Connect your modem to the phone jack directly. I see that your connection drops every 30 minutes or so. This test will determine whether the problem is on your side or ours. If you still face a slow connection problem, do not hesitate to call back.

Are there any mistakes?
Thanks

Hi N2G I'd say the order of your sentences is a bit confusing. In addition, although the final sentence is not grammatically incorrect, it doesn't sound terribly natural to me. I'd suggest this: I see that your connection drops every 30 minutes or so.
