Eyes on the road

Hi, teachers~

I heard this expression on a TV show and it came from non-native speaker instructor.

It is "Look at the front when diving." and doesn't sound right. (not sure...)

I am wondering how it sounds to you...

I would also like to know if 'eyes on the road' is the only expression or there are more...

Thanks in advance~
