The color of this shoes reminds me of something else. Or

The color for this shoes reminds me of something else.

And

This game reminds me of another game, but only the map and menu for it. Or

This game reminds me of another game, but only the map and menu of it. (Is this incorrect)

Please tell me why the first example uses of and the second should be for?
