Is "a voice" in extraposition in that-clause in the above, i.e. is "a voice" a postponed subject in that clause, or is "his" (a pronoun) a subject in that noun clause and "a voice" is in a postposition?

How come that "a voice" is a complement? You can't say *"A his voice", can you?

It comes after the linking verb "is", so it's a complement.

The fact that you can't say "a his voice" is irrelevant to the fact that "a voice" is a complement in that sentence.
